Ubuntu 15.04 Now Under Final Freeze

So what's with the rumours about 32 bit x86. Will this be the last 32 bit Ubuntu and flavours? Its a particular issue for me because my landlord keeps buying up cheap 32bit netbooks on Ebay, much as I've tried to discourage him. One way or another I've got quite a lot installs to do or support and my plan was to get them all on plasma 5 Kubuntu.

16.04 will be the last 32bit and will be supported until 2021
