distro for old toshiba satellite

Hello.

I've toshiba satellite l20-183: 1.6 Ghz, 1 GB-128MB for gpu (xpress 200m). I use it for browsing net, watching youtube/vimeo, playing flash games and watching movies. I checked (l)xubuntu and mint but there was a problem with flash movie. Even in 360p (fullscreen) there was 15-17 frames per second. Also scrolling web pages is slow. What distro should I choose?

I would recommend PCLinuxOS. It made my HP Mini 1110NR run beautifully.
I can view videos with no trouble at all which was impossible before.
You can choose from Mate KDE or LXDE for the desktop. I use Mate and love it.
