If you test the Kanotix CeBIT Special you can even use mesa 9.1 live. If you only want the repo, ask the bot in irc://irc.freenode.net/#kanotix about !mesa . But you would need !3.9 (for kernel) + linux-firmware too, those packages are in the dragonfire (kernel) and hellfire (firmware) repo. If you would install that iso only kernel update is needed + dist-upgrade.

I can upgrade my work computer, but I'm mostly excited by the fact that testing and unstable will be unlocked again.
