if upstart is so good how come half this shit is using systemv ???
and then you have GUI and terminal tools that work well for the systemv services but don't work for upstart
it's a mess, everything needs to be systemd and with nice GUI version of sysv-rc-conf.
that's the most basic shit ever and it pains me the way things are now with files for sysv and files for upstart and if someone just wants to do some basic shit like turn off CUPS and bluetooth and canonical mumbo jumbo you have to edit a bunch of files
