Linux has a stable userland ABI and API since its earliest days.

The article reeks of massive stupidity.

Who said ABI and API compatibility have at all been tarnished with the Linux kernel?

"...like the Linux kernel specifically not being after API/ABI compatibility."
^Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is blatantly incorrect.

"* Make rawhide to be reliably installable and usable by developers by coherently introducing changes."

Well... this is just plain old RETARDED. Like WTF retarded. It is in complete violation of the entire PURPOSE of rawhide. If you want a reliably installable and usable development ground, use Fedora NON-rawhide.
