openSUSE Tumbleweed Rolls Out Optional x86-64-v3 Optimized Packages
Yes. I did that on my laptop.
Unlike what the openSUSE announcement says, this package is not automatically installed by 'zypper dup', at least not yet.
Seems that the automated installation is now working. After the huge (GCC 13 rebuild) update, I now have the "x86_64_v3" pattern installed and have a variety of accelerated packages installed, e.g. libopenssl3-x86-64-v3-3.0.8-2.4.x86_64.
