We should make fedora spin with all optimisation enabled

All the updates in Fedora go through (the) testing (phase) and then finally pushed to updates which means Firefox and Chrome may be actually delivered to users days after the respective companies have released them.

Thanks for explanation, that's definitely a bit of exposure. Are you aware if Flatpacks get "pushed out" any earlier?

GloriousEggroll's Nobara Project is a good step in that direction.

Actually, am not -- but those supporting the failing Russian war-machine certainly are!

The thing is, Ubuntu has the best support out there for many things that are not so straightforward.

If you want to bypass the testing process, you can always get the package from updates-testing repo (installed but disabled by default in Fedora) or even from the Koji build system web interface which is also publicly available. If you are willing to go this route, you can provide your feedback via Bodhi on the package as well. Flatpaks if they are directly maintained by upstream as is the case for Firefox (refer to "publisher" in link) would likely be published at the same time.

Change Fedora's governor to performance. Done.

P.S. someone should be hung for slowing our systems down.
