Oracle puts minimal effort into development.
If they do any, it will surely be proprietary, with it's license protected by another proprietary license licensed under the first proprietary license.
I hope you get the idea.

Besides... VirtualBox might make more money for RH than Oracle... as a feature for RHEL.

Should the drivers really need to be VM-specific?
Shouldn't the there be like a single API for virtual machines that can be used by VirtualBox, KVM, QEMU, Hyper-V, etc?
