Yes, for the GNOME applications, but not for gnome-shell and Mutter though.

Notably GNOME Terminal suffers from ugly drop shadow, and Evince suffers from wrong window decorator.

On Arch you can follow the Alphas and Betas here:

[gnome-devel] Server = http://softwareperonista.com.ar/repo...e-devel/x86_64 Just put it at the very top of /etc/pacman.conf. Also don't forget to import and sign the key.

Nope, almost all of Gnome packages are at version 3.21.91 (beta) in Debian Testing.
3.21.92 (rc) is already available in unstable.

Since the transition freeze is rapidly approaching, perhaps they are making sure that the Gnome 3.22 desktop is in before November 5.

            Notably missing:
            gnome-software (3.20)

This page provides information about available Flatpak runtimes. It is primarily intended as information for application developers and distributors. There are currently three main runtimes availab...

You want to install the nightly runtime at the bottom of the page:
                Code:
                flatpak remote-add --gpg-import=nightly.gpg gnome-nightly https://sdk.gnome.org/nightly/repo/
