    Probably simpler to just install Plex since it can already do this, although it often requires writing custom client profiles if you're not trying to stream to a PS3. It does unfortunately mean additional software. Personally I'd prefer Mediabrowser 3 rather than Plex, but MB3 doesn't yet have working UPnP capabilities.
