If that's the truth, then put it in your Privacy Policy, in very simple and clear terms. You're asking a lot from us to trust our communications with you. The least you can do is to be very, very clear about what you intend to do. Your 'very clear and transparent Privacy Policy' is not clear and transparent enough. If you offer encryption, then say so. If you don't offer encryption, then say so.

I really hope that you understand that my and my own people privacy is MUCH MORE important than your israeli or american or whatever other's country national security. If you are afraid of it then sell your software only in your country. So simple.
