    Since TLS 1.3 is not a final standard yet, it's worth adding that Chrome 65 supports TLS 1.3 draft 23.

          This patch is ready but for some reason have "merge conflict". Until someone not fix it, it stay in this phase.

            The intent is there. Some groundwork has been done in Servo. I think Paint Worklets are already in Firefox.
