Forum Upgrade

The forums vBulletin has now been upgraded tonight (7 July).... Was much more problematic upgrade than usual, if any problems let me know, but ideally hopefully fixes some false positives with the anti-spam handling crap, etc.

Actually looks like I am going to rollback the upgrade for the time being.... Please advise if you encounter any issues.

The upgrade script kept erroring out... When trying to use the new forum files without the upgrade script completing, various pages wouldn't load and an assortment of other issues.

The rollback appears to be working but looks like there might be a moderation queue issue to sort out :/ Or try upgrading again later today...

Redid the update this morning.... Hoping all good now.
