Intel vs AMD virtualization comparison

Is there any article/comparison of the Intel/AMD CPUs?

What I am interested in, is to find out the performance of AMD 7 vs Intel i7 (same price & same cores) in terms of virtualization.
What is of my interest is:
How many VMs can run simultaneously on each CPU, what is the performance penalty per VM on each platform and finally I would like to see the Test Suite running on each VM.

So, is there any article for this?
If not, would you like to see something like that as an article?

There is an article on Phoronix, it is however a bit old:

Recent Phoronix virtualization benchmarks do not pit Intel against AMD, only e.g. KVM against Virtualbox, or old kernel against new one.
