    This means that x-server is able to be fully "managed" and vga arbitrage is doable. It means you can run several x-servers from one gpu or you can run several gpu's and x-servers reliably on one system. Think video cards with 4 gpu's on them and 4 ethernet style ports on the back. Using cat 6 cabling.


    Each "section" of the video card providing sound and video functions to a display. Throw in a mouse and keyboard input thread on it. Then you suddenly have a market for 16 core cpu's. As systems running 8 to 16 users minus the kernel faults you'd get trying it today.

    But it also works in reverse with one person able to more full utilize several gpu's for several different threaded tasks.
