    Maybe they should just abandon this IP in favor for AMD Radeon GPU technology IP?

      Sounds more like one of the IP blocks you'd click together to build some kind of SoC-like thing in an FPGA... sort of like how a MiSTer core for an IBM PC compatible will implement both the CPU and the MDA/CGA/EGA/VGA/whatever video chip inside the FPGA.

      If so, then AMD Radeon IP is ineligible, purely because it's hard-wired silicon, rather than an FPGA core.
