    Some points
    1) They're not "fairly straight forward" as you said
    2) Why mention Middlebrook from NVIDIA but not the one actual doing the work? It's right there in the patch - Georg Lehmann.

    Why not just wait until it's actually merged in properly before posting all this? Gives you time to actually look into it properly instead of crediting the wrong people and talking more nonsense.
