I tried with Zink as well (NOUVEAU_USE_ZINK=1), same FPS, but the image was flickering blue (same flicker as my 3090, which has good performance with GSP, 100+ FPS). I had dmesg errors that appeared to be per-frame or periodic (per-second)
Might be worth filing a bug for the corruption with Zink. If we're lucky, we might even get an SGC blog post out of it.

I can't tell yet if it's the GSP (kernel module) or NVK. But where do I submit abug for these ?

Since the Zink flickering also affects an otherwise working 3090, there's a Zink or NVK bug that should be fixed, file a Mesa bug. I'm not sure what's going on with GSP not working as expected on your 2080 Ti, but it seems unrelated to the flickering bug.
