    Michael's one is non X.

    Enyone got those? http://wccftech.com/amd-radeon-300-series-sale-bestbuy/

Considering how vastly overprices they're likely to be in Europe (389usd vs 500-550 euro for a 390x) if the leaked info is true, I'm guessing a lot of us won't . If the European pricing turns out to be true, I think I'll actually sell my 290x and buy a 980 instead as a way of protest.

He, he, if those prices are right, Europe will probably not buy any card

Good AMD, good AMD. Metro X performance has been fixed . But, where is support for Fiji, Grenada and other members of new (???) Rx 300 series?
Can Cat15.5 handle new Fury X? I didn't find Fiji in OpenCL driver. where is it?
Ahhh. Yes, yes in OpenGL driver (but not in OpenCL ).

matszpk, i think you need to wait until today after 10:00 AM PST to get public answer from some AMD employee about Fiji

If the leaked prices are true, I might pick up an R9 380X (fully enabled Tonga chip). Tonga should be supported by Linux 4.2.

Well done AMD. Well done Bridgman. Hope we continue to see work done on the openGL performance.

Good work AMD Linux team. You should in changelog give info about this.
Try work more and next time please remember about this changelog and please try fix issues on all eON wrapped games like TW2, Stronghold 3, Bioshock Infinite and Specops the line - all have disable opengl extension because catalyst have broken this extension and all catalyst users have huge fps drop.

Also Bioshock Infinite on all pre HD 7000 gen have another issue - bug in catalyst, so we have white textures on npc.

Is this the definitive 15.5 or still in beta?

We told both AMD and Nvidia, that we wanted Wine acceleration: some D3D compatibility extensions for easier porting at runtime (not dev time), common OGL assembly so we don't have to use costly GLSL, low overhead extensions for their driver. Just don't use closed drivers, shortly the free ones will crash them to any field.

Yea, I have a 290x. Not quite sure why I have seen a bigger jump in perf to what Michael has though. Whish he would use a common rez though. I have run the valley/heaven benchmark @ 1080p against a 970 but the results refuse to upload/show up for some reason. This is what i used http://openbenchmarking.org/result/1...BE-1506107DE90
