    You can still buy new HD 6450 cards.
    The "new" R5 230, R5 235 and R5 235X cards use still the same Caicos chip.

      IMHO the title is a bit too much : 10% more (for fglrx on average) is not "Largely Faster".
      "Faster" would be more honest.

        I wanna believe that the new AMDGPU driver will change things, but.... I feel pessimistic for some reason.

          There's no need to feel pessimistic. AMD outperforms all the others in the OpenSource drivers section. And OpenSource is what AMDGPU is about.

            Well, AMDGPU will be used by Catalyst too. It depends on where the weak link is. Let's hope that it's not in the parts of Catalyst that will remain closed.
