    Migrated towards Intel/AMD, but if AMD drops open driver, I will have to move back to nvidia for 3D. :/
    AMD should shutdown catalyst completely and focus on open driver issues. Maybe deliver special driver/solutions for workstation cards, I dont know. Buth their course in these years have been absolutely correct. Sadly, unlike their CPUs...

    Intel loads firmware at boot stage. This is not free hardware, its proprietary hardware with free driver.
