spread spectrum register description?

I want to set rs690 spread spectrum, Anybody know the description of the register P1PLL_INT_SS_CNTL and P1PLL_INT_SS_CNTL?

I checked the rhd driver and there is no description of these registers.

The kms driver already has code to enable spread spectrum using the atombios EnableSpreadSpectrumOnPPLL command table. See atombios_enable_ss() in atombios_crtc.c in the kernel.
