Just because we've put code out for people to see and use, it doesn't mean its released in the "closed-source" development methodology. We are developing the code in public, and we get feedback from people interested in using it. Though we still have to do a proper release process when we are happy with the code, which we are doing now.

    Its almost like you don't understand how open source differs from closed.

    Dave.
    Thanks for your clarification and also for your hard work. Seems there are people who are indeed not clear on what it takes to get a good open driver developed vs closed.

      michael ban this useless dude plz and delete this thread
      There isn't going to be a ban. Which makes you yet another bully. When are you people going to realise that ganging up on someone makes the forum look bad ?

      There are many more readers than members. And they will have drawn their own conclusions.

        Oh really? You've been banned for two weeks to settle down. If you continue to cause issues with many other users, it will result in a permanent ban.

              Thanks Michael.

              I don't know what I hated more;
              1) His previous posts, or;
              2) The fact that actions like banning are required to keep the peace*...

              *Excluding the friendly KDE Vs. Gnome flame wars

              Oh noes, I did it again!

              Run for cover!!!

                I, for one, will miss the caustic and radioactive commentary. :-)
