    While true the cost for large dies and many chiplet is both limited to what you can sell to gamers. Performance penalty (interconnect) from chiplets and packaging cost are already a big bump in their cost effectiveness.

    If your not constrained to low cost (server, HPC) then of course chiplets can scale much better.
