I'm trying to limit the TDP of my RX7900XTX card, but this doesn't seem to work as I had hoped:
I'm setting 200000000 at /sys/class/drm/card0/device/hwmon/hwmon3/power1_cap to limit the card to 200W.
When I'm running a benchmark like Unigine Superposition, the cap seems to be loosely honored, but there are peaks up to 278W.
Kernel version is 6.2.
How can I enforce a power cap at 200W, that is never exceeded?
