AMD video cards have Mesa Vulkan acceleration ? If yes since what GPU series ?
If have Mesa Vulkan acceleration using GPU the new driver updates implementing new Vulkan version is for all GPUs ? Mesa Vulkan version limit new features for some previous AMD GPUs ?

Vulkan is available on all GCN chips (Southern Islands -- Radeon HD 7000 series) and newer. Features are limited by the underlying hardware support.
