I have a new setup with archlinux(4.18) on it.
(ryzen 1700x, vega56, 16G of ram)
And I was looking into overclocking the card as the performance could be much better. But the card has only 165W power draw enabled, so it power-throttles heavenly.
Also, there should be a "turbo mode" which should enable for to card to go up to 190W but I never saw that happening.
Is there a way how to enable +50% powerdraw just like on windows?
Also, how is the testing of vega done here, at phoronix? Is it with these limitations or did you manage to remove them somehow?
Thank you for any kind of help.
PS: my question is very similar to this: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106374
