2.99.907 is not good with GM45 SNA. 2.99.906 was fine apart from the occasional single corrupted character (bug 55500).
With 2.99.907, large sections of text in gedit seem to end up blank half the time, and the occasional short freeze up until a message of "[drm] stuck on render ring" turns up in dmesg.
