Is there any indication as to what's lacking in i915 or LINUX (compared to MS Windows) that causes the ARC GPUs (at least A5xx, A7xx, maybe also A3xx) to have very high "idle at the desktop GUI" power consumption regardless of having only e.g. one 1080p/60 monitor connected, PCIE ASPM L0/L1 etc states enabled in the M/B BIOS settings, pcie_aspm enabled with "powersave" or "powersupersave" settings, control panel system PM mode set for power savings?
I'm wondering if this is a i915 driver "NYI", "WONTFIX" thing or if there's some magic kernel / system options etc.
    e.g. the ARC580/750 are at MINIMUM 40W and A770 lists 35 (though I usually see 40-41 personally).
