That;s no where near the markups that System76 is charging.

Sure but macbook's have way more volume then System76 has, I can almost guarantee you that if System76 was selling as many systems as Apple was they wouldn't be charging that high markup

Anyone else noticed the curious differences to previous Phoronix benchmarks?

The 7980X and 3990X are considerably faster this time, and while the absolute compile time is reduced by 5 seconds for both, the relative improvement is much higher for the 7980X.
