Canonical Rolls Out Real-Time Ubuntu Optimized For Intel Core CPUs
That's the best explanation I can think of, since it's otherwise not really a fast enough CPU to justify PCIe 5.0.
Seems reasonable. At 4 cores and apparently so little cache they didn't even mention it, the actual die size on these should be about 2mm^2. You could probably cool them with a moderately energetic flying insect.
