There is no such thing as a "good Flash experience". If anything having it installed kills the browsing experience, in the form of hugely annoying ads.

I've found that 64bit provides an overall better desktop experience than 32bit.
If the only reason is flash being 32bit, they should take the message down. One proprietary app that is fading away with the advent of HTML5/SVG != justification to spook people away from a hardware platform that has proven itself since 2005.
