      At this rate he will be just 1 release behind Linux and from there it will be up to him whether he will want to track the linux development branch w.r.t to intel graphics.

        Xorg and mesa aren't making their drivers cross-platform. It's shameful really. If the drivers for freebsd were part of upstream, dragonfly could just copy the drivers from freebsd.

        Edit: On second thought ... xorg and mesa are struggling to develop the drivers. So making them cross-platform would be even harder.
