    which benefits does this instruction bring? For example in CHROMium?

      Been playing No-Mans-Sky lately, seems to not properly handle the 11GB of vram I have available for it so often has nasty texture LOD and tessellation pop-in not sure if it will help with that.

        I wonder if Vulkan features are going to filter there way into OpenGL.
