I want GOG to feel the pressure and E3 would be great for that. Let Valve speed up its game.

Will there finally be a new surprise Linux game announcement? It's been about five years since the last major AAA Linux game title release (Enemy Territory: Quake Wars).

I dunno, did they ever announce anything for Linux in previous E3's? I don't recall reading about anything Linux related during past E3's..

Here's hoping that Valve will formally announce the Linux Steam port though

"FarCry 3 on Linux" link points to an article about CryEngine 3 having a native Linux port. I would like to point out, however, that FarCry 3 has nothing to do with CryTek, is developed by Ubisoft Montreal, uses a completely different, internal engine (called Dunia 2) and all this information is just a google away...

Any new linux AAA titles? no. WHY?

Because AMD drops binary support for their shader model 4 and 4.1 hardware (HD2000.. HD4000) so soon to make sure that no company makes plans to release their games on linux platform. AMD hinders linux gaming efforts.
