    Yes, has it been added to libinput? On other platforms we get it as scroll events with different states. Qt can handle that just fine.

      gnome file manager has kinetic scrolling.

        They actually do. Just install Kvantum and enable the relevant setting.

          Qt does indeed support it. You can enable it by setting Kvantum as default and enabling the relevant option in the Kvantum settings.
