  • Article chart text forced to #000000 not changable with DarkReader

This is an extremely recent change on the phoronix website. I think it has something to do with having "dark mode" available only to paid supporters of the work published online.

I get that I guess. But historically, it's been a white background chart, now it is no background (alpha), but the text used to be changable, just the same as the article text color.

I think maybe a month or two ago, this changed to only being black, and so with a dark background of any color, the text is very low contrast. Would it be O.K. to just revert that change and have chart text color match article text, and changable?

There have been no changes to the graph code at all in a month or two... Or maybe like 6 months since last time toying with the graph code? So maybe something different with dark reader or whatever browser knobs.
