Signature Issues

I noticed that when I post, my signature does not show. However, if I edit a post and submit the edit, sometimes my signature will show (with the BBCode included ), but a page refresh hides it again. Also, in my user settings/profile I see nowhere I can edit my signature.

Am I missing something? Thanks.
