Simulate disk usage

Good day, I am germano from Fedora community.
I am going to help a kernel developer with testing a patch that will improve laptop battery life.
Since the patch is SATA related, and I have many laptops to deal with, I would like to ask you if you could help me in configuring using Phoronix test suite in order to simulate a regular computer usage by a regular user.
Thia will be very useful to test SSD firmwares stability

I solved with # dnf install phoronix-test-suite $ phoronix-test-suite install disk $ phoronix-test-suite run disk
