Has anyone looked at submitting a matlab or octave profile (similar to the tests used here http://www.digit-life.com/articles3/...matlab-p1.html for pts? (BTW like the pts website redesign )

Octave maybe, but I really can't see adding Matlab into the bunch. Not many people pay a couple grand for a application for personal use let alone benchmarking.
