Hmmm that doesn't make sense, sys_v12.php doesn't even exist anymore. How did you set it up or what?

Downloaded the tarball, unpacked it, cd into the dir and run. However, it did not occur to me that the last time this was done, it was done exactly the same way in the same place!

Removed the dir, untarred it again and it ran.

Thanks for the clue! The fact that the code in question should not be there anymore was the clue I needed.
