login issue from windows 10 "cmd" terminal

I had a overheat shutdown while running tests and 1 day later, I tried to run the same tests again. It complained about login credentials so I did "phoronix-test-suite openbenchmarking-login" . No matter how many times I tried, I get 3 of following error lines:
[NOTICE] Trying to access array offset on value of type null in openbenchmarking_login:49
I currently have standard ms built in antivirus&firewall with default settings.

Fixed via completely removing phoronix-test-suite and reinstalling. I suspect a file corruption issue because of thermal-shutdown occured.
