Using PTS modules

Hi
I have loaded HTML_RESULTS_EXPORT module . How should I start using it? How can i set EXPORT_RESULTS_HTML_EMAIL_TO parameter in this module.
Also is there any way to run PTS tests multiple times and select the best result out of it automatically?
