i have my doubt they'll name is 12.0 not yet anyway, maybe 11.4/12.0 it'll be then numberd 12 .

it does not, though you can interpret my comment as "further core mesa changes are not needed.." if you like.

But there are both core and driver bump, since RadeonSI driver and MESA both gained OpenGL 4.3 this month...
