These tests look a bit funny. The intel CPU is intels current mobile high performance offering, meanwhile the AMD ryzen 4500u is more like their midrange, low power product, so AMD looks bad when there is no necessity here.

Works fine in Classic mode and in Ozone X11 mode but it means nothing to me since I run a Wayland desktop. Come on MS, stop using that antique display system. Even Chromium in Ozone Wayland mode can run on my old Plasma 5.14 if i disable GPU acceleration. This is not acceptable.
Back to Chromium and Firefox for now.

Does not look really that way, on the contrary both CPUs seem to perform better in Linux than Windows generally.
Both AMD and Intel have nice performance bumps when the same workload is run under Linux than Windows, just a couple of specific benchmarks are mixed bags.
