I have bought the Occulus rift and have no issues with the SteamVR on Linux.

Good news, the flag VR is on the Steam client since weeks but I did not know if someone actually tested it.

Can you share your feelings on the subject please?
Is it working well?
Do you need specific requirements?
What games did you play?
Can you play it for several hours with no headache?

It works well.
But personally I get nausea after 10 minutes.
Played half-life and several tech demos.
