So I've been trying to play Metro for the first time in linux today, and I have a 5.1 channel surround system. The game is supposed to have up to 7.1 support, but unfortunately it only plays in stereo. Anybody know a way to fix this? This isn't the only game I have this problem with. Borderlands 2 and Witcher 2 also have this problem, but at least the developers of Witcher 2 admitted that 5.1 doesn't work in linux.
In case anyone is wondering, I am using pulseaudio and I'm using analog.
I appreciate that devs are bringing their titles to linux but the ports are really sloppy.
