The Elop submarine did it

MS is going to buy Nokia's phone division for €5.4E9 ... (That is $7.2E9. for reference Google paid for $1.25E10 for Motorola's phone division). And in the move, Elop's going back to MSFT, to become Balmer's heir.

Only "good" news is the fact that Nokia will only license the patents to MSFT (but I assume the remainder of Nokia will become a patent troll firm).
