I Made a Novelty 7-bit Encoding

I've been getting into character encoding recently and decided to create a 7-bit one just because I was bored. Specifically, I wanted to create something more sane than UTF-7.

I call it STF-7: The Silly 7-bit Transformation Format.

You all can laugh now, but when the zombies take everything over, we really will only have teletype machines for communication.
