            This works in portuguese, don't know what is your native language.

            It means something like "it has more than 50% of chance of not happen"

              Small typo, I guess this is meant to be GDC 2019, if I understood correctly: "I wouldn't anticipate any ground-breaking Vulkan news out of GDC 2018"

                  i have no issues with translation. i have issues with math. it is a multiplication of two probabilities (like "more than 50%" * "less than 50%"), so i wonder what is the result

                    I'd say "it has more than 50% of change of being unlikely", or, in other words, something like "it's likely to be unlikely".
